Wallpaper Studio does not accept returns or offer refunds for wallpaper rolls.
However, store credit may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product does not match the description in the order confirmation.
If you encounter either of these issues, please send a photo of the item along with your order number to +91 8527038107 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. All requests will be addressed within 3 working days.
Refunds will not be provided if the customer’s shipping information is incorrect or incomplete. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times; after that, the package will be discarded.
Wallpaper Studio is not responsible for the installation of the product. We recommend having the installation carried out by a professional.
